Cooking ring for prevention of scorching

Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent uneven roasting and scorching in a ladle, frying pan, etc. by providing a washer type ring which has an inclination down to the center between a kettle holder and burner and providing a turbulent air prevention disc above the central section of the ring. CONSTITUTION: A washer type ring 1 which has an inclination down to the center and is provided with leg sections on the bottom is provided between a kettle holder and burner, and a turbulent air prevention disc 2 of disc type with legs is provided above the center of the ring 1. This ring is placed lightly at the center of the burner, and because between the ring and burner there is a certain space and the ring has the inclination, the flow of air from below the center of the burner is good, and for the purpose of stabilizing the air flow further a turbulent air prevention disc is provided above the ring so that there is no fear of extinguishing of flame due to its smallness as in conventional burners and the burner is perfectly safe, and it can be used as it is set from the beginning to the end of the cooking. When the bottom plate is thin as in a frying pan the heat spreads radially and the heat is distributed flatly and evenly with no scorching. COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
